Our guide Passang was a great guide. The travel agency was flexible and accommodating. They were courteous and both attuned to our wants and needs. We also had a difficult situation with a merchant and both the guide and agency owner were supportive and determined to resolve the issue in our favor. We would recommend highly both the tour agency and the guide.
